Terms and Conditions for Eviewer Registered Raters

As part of my request to become a Registered Rater on The Business Eview, I hereby agree to the following:

Intended Use:

• I understand that The Business Eview is intended as a tool to help its consumers and businesses and foster a stronger community. Further, I recognize that I should never depend on a single tool, but rather use all tools available to me and then depend only on my own common sense in making a purchasing decision.
• I understand that business rating through "Eviews" is based entirely on the opinions of consumers, and that The Business Eview makes no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any of the work a business may provide; nor is The Business Eview under any duty to investigate the quality of work performed by a service company Eviewed.
• I understand that The Business Eview does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on the on this site.
• Finally, I understand that all statements concerning insurance, licenses, etc. are informational only, and that although the credentials are verified insurance, licenses, etc. can expire and can be cancelled, I should always check such information for myself.
• I agree to the Terms and Condition of General Use.
• I understand any comments that are submitted will be screened by a "swear filter" . I also understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my comments are not offensive and appropriate for all viewers. The Business Eview reserves the right to remove any rating determined to be inappropriate or that Eview has determined is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or is otherwise inappropriate.
• I understand that The Business Eview reserves the right to cancel my Eviewer registration at any time and for any reason and to remove my ratings.

I warrant that:

• I am 18 years old or older.
• I will only report on my actual first-hand experiences with local business.
• I will report only on a experience that I have had within six months of the job completion.
• I will not submit more than one report on a company per experience.
• I confirm that I do not work for, am not in competition with, or in any way related to the businesses for which I submit reports.
• I am providing truthful and complete information at all times, and I will update the information regularly.
• I am using only my true identity.

I understand and agree that:

Any and all suggestions, feedback, ideas, concepts, comments, illustrations and other materials that you disclose or offer to us on or in connection with this Site or any Site Materials ("Submissions") are submitted without any restrictions or expectation of confidentiality. I hereby assign to The Business Eview without compensation or further obligation, all rights now known or hereafter existing to use, or assign the right to use, the Submissions. I further agree that The Business Eview will be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation , including the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, publicly perform or display, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise communicate to the public the Submissions on this Site or elsewhere. I will not assert any proprietary right or moral right of any kind with respect to any Submissions.

Use of the Internet is solely at my own risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. While The Business Eview has endeavored to create a secure and reliable site, I understand that the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to us over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Consequently, neither The Business Eview nor its affiliates are responsible for the security of any information transmitted via the Internet, the accuracy of the information contained on this Site, or for the consequences of any reliance on such information. I will make my own determination as to these matters. If I want more private and personalized attention, I will write to The Business Eview.
