"People need different dining experiences. Sometimes we need a snobby and formal place, sometimes a cheap place, sometimes an exotic place. This place is a wonderful "down-home" place, with friendly hosts in an informal atmosphere of Memphis blues music that is heard without interfering with conversations. The food is wonderfully cooked ..... traditional Americana style food blended between southern and Memphis cooking. It is not IHOP or Dennys .... and though there are times to visit IHOP and Dennys, Speak EZ is usually the better choice when you want simply good food that is just a little different than usual, in just a little different atmosphere."
