"On two separate occasions the hostesses were unable to accurately estimate how long it would take to be seated (a 15 minute wait ends up being 45 minutes). The blame always falls on customers who won't leave. And then, once seated, the kitchen staff seems unable to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. Even though my unhappiness with the extremely lengthy delays was politely and respectfully voiced several times, you would think that, given two small children in tow, that they would have at least volunteered an activity or snacks. I had to ask for crackers once at the 45 minute interval then again at the 1 hour 15 minute interval. I even took it upon myself to ask for crackers for other parents' children! I've been a customer ever since they opened their Barkley restaurant and have been happy up until the past several months. Great great food (especially the Jo Jo's!) but I won't be back to the Barkley restaurant because of extremely poor service. "
