"Both clubs have great amenities and a wide variety of equipment and classes. However, sometimes the employees who work at the front desk are less than polite and aren't very helpful when I ask questions. For the price of membership, I feel the staff should work harder to make members feel welcome and go a bit further to provide good service. It's more of a "do it yourself" atmosphere."
