About Jeri Ferguson
I am an activist, gardener of spirit, dancer, and lover of life with a deep commitment to the healing and empowerment of our selves and our planet. I have always resonated with the phrase “think globally, act locally”. For me, this has meant beginning with the internal journey of my body and emotions. All of the internal “issues” that make functioning in the outer world a less conscious experience. I figure this as local as you can get.
Through this journey I have both studied and taught a number of healing practices. I have been guided to a number of timeless teachings that have led me to the practice of Body Ecology-- a gathering of those techniques which I have found to be the most effective in my own healing and in the healing of those I have worked with over the years.
