To keep the fun factor high, we plan a couple of free-of-charge, easy-going get-togethers for all runners and walkers.  Consider joining us on one of these routes, where all paces are supported and welcomed!
North Chuckanut Mountain Trailhead Run / Walk
Saturday, April 22, 8 AM
Run or walk this classic flat trail on the interurban. Meet at the marked trailhead off Chuckanut Drive for an out-and-back route, your choice on mileage. You bring your buddies, we'll bring complimentary coffee and Great Harvest bread. All paces are welcomed and supported!

Let's celebrate the season with a run or walk down to the reopened Taylor Street Dock. Meet at the store. All paces are welcomed and supported!

Nutrition for Fitness
Thursday, April 20, 7-8 PM
Want to know more about the right balance of nutrients for optimum fitness? Learn what happens after you swallow. Nutritionist Linda Krafsur will talk about how, what, and when you eat affects your energy, sleep, moods, and more.
Power of Physical and Massage Therapies
Thursday, May 18, 7-8 PM
Jan Burbank will talk about the powerful results of combining physical therapy with massage therapy. A Licensed Massage Practitioner since 1990, Jan also has over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She specializes in deep tissue / myofascial release, which relieves chronic patterns of body tension. She says, "Helping clients reduce their stress levels and relieve pain makes this work worthwhile."
After the Run/Walk: Self-Massage & Stretching
Thursday, June 1, 7-8 PM
Learn simple techniques to keep yourself supple and injury-free. Dr. Cherrelyn Seegers, a favorite forum leader, will show you how. If possible, bring two tennis balls with an old sock, and wear loose clothing.

NEW WALK - Mondays 5:30pm
Start your week off right! Join this beginning walking fitness group, 30-45 minutes.

Tuesdays 6pm
A friendly run at 8-11 minute-mile pace.

Wednesdays 6pm
Strenuous runs of 1.5-2 hours on hilly terrain. Often epic.

Thursdays 6pm
One-hour run on hilly trails at moderate pace. All are welcome.
