Robert Bystrom’s background is in business, education and project management. Since 2000, he been helping small businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations develop high level cooperation and intelligence.
His private coaching practice began in 1982 and has included managers of some of Scandinavia’s largest corporations, including Volvo, Eriksson and Tetrapak. Prior to that, he was CEO of Springer Athletic Equipment Company in San Francisco. Robert has developed and taught personal commlunicating skills and authored Communicating for Life--A guide to authentically connecting with yourself and others, a practical, easy-to-understand guide to more successful relationships. In 1997, he produced the Women’s Global Voice, a grassroots vision-building event involving approximately one million people in 126 countries. He currently serves on the board of directors of The Honor Foundation in Bellingham, Washington.
