Recreational gymnastics is both fun and beneficial for children of all ages. Gymnastics classes are a great activity for development of coordination, strength, flexibility, spatial awareness, and confidence. Gymnastics is a great way to provide an activity that provides a total fitness program. During classes, students will use every muscle group while learning skills and having fun. In addition, students who participate in other sports will find that gymnastics classes will enhance their development of flexibility and strength.
