Granted, everything tastes good after a long day of paddling under the sun. But we take extra care to bring you quality meals, because we know that a great vacation is all about great food. We will serve you gourmet breakfasts and dinners made from ingredients harvested on the trip mixed with locally grown fresh produce.

We love where we live and we know that you will love it too when you come to visit. Bellingham is a crazy little small town within spitting distance of two fabulous cities. Lopez is the quietest of the San Juan Islands where getting away from it all is still a possibility.

You must indulge us. We love what we do and we also love thinking, reading and talking about it. Every trip from a five day power tour to a half-day mini-trek shares the same element, education. This include education about natural history, ethnobotany, shipwrecks and the literature has stemmed from this area.
